Do my customers need an app?+
No. They scan a QR and use their loyalty card in their phone’s browser. They can also save it to their home screen.
What does the pilot cost?+
The accepted pilot is $1 inc GST for 30 days. If your café gets fewer than 50 customer sign-ups, you get the full $1 back. The first 20 cafés get this intake; later cafés join the next-intake waitlist.
What happens after the pilot?+
Unless cancelled before day 30, you roll onto your chosen plan, from $49/month inc GST. We confirm your chosen plan and payment arrangements before activation.
Do I need new hardware?+
Just a phone or tablet with a camera and internet for your counter.
Can I unsubscribe?+
Yes. Unsubscribe from pilot emails or SMS anytime. Contact privacy@stampbros.com.au to cancel your pilot or request deletion.
