Pilot Terms

The first 20 accepted Australian cafés can try Stamp Bros for 30 days for $1 (inc GST). Joining the queue does not guarantee acceptance or start the pilot. We confirm your activation date and chosen ongoing plan before activation.

The $1 guarantee

If your café gets fewer than 50 customer sign-ups during the 30-day pilot, you receive a full $1 refund. Contact privacy@stampbros.com.au with your café details so we can check the pilot sign-up count and arrange the refund. Test payments and refunds are simulated while billing is in Stripe test mode.

After day 30

Unless you cancel before day 30, the pilot rolls onto your chosen monthly plan: Starter $49, Growth $99 or Pro $199 per month, all inc GST in AUD. We confirm the selected plan and how ongoing billing will be arranged before activation. A one-off test pilot Checkout payment does not itself set up recurring billing.

Cancellation and pilot scope

Cancel before day 30 by contacting privacy@stampbros.com.au to avoid ongoing plan charges. You may export your customer list and request deletion. Features may change during the pilot; SMS delivery is limited to configured test numbers. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
