Do customers need to download an app?+
No. Scan the counter QR and open a lightweight web card. Customers can optionally add it to their home screen.
Do I need special hardware?+
Just a phone or tablet with a camera and an internet connection. Staff pair it with a PIN; manual codes are available too.
How do you handle marketing consent?+
Customers opt in at join and can withdraw consent in their profile. Every campaign includes your café name and a STOP footer. Sending is not live yet; cafés remain responsible for Spam Act obligations.
Who owns my customer data?+
Your café does. Export your customer list, manage consent and honour deletion requests. Stamp Bros does not sell customer lists.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Monthly plans are intended to be flexible, with no lock-in. Annual plans are paid upfront. Checkout is currently available only in test mode.
Does pricing include GST?+
Yes. All prices shown are Australian dollars, inclusive of GST. Annual pricing gives you two months free.
Does it connect to my POS?+
Standalone staff scanning works today. POS integrations, starting with Square, are planned; no integration is live.
Can I use it across multiple locations?+
The Multi-site plan is designed for up to three cafés. Owners can switch between cafés mapped to their account. Network-wide rewards and plan enforcement are planned.
How do friend rewards work?+
A new phone joins through a referral and gets their first staff stamp. The friend who invited them earns a café-funded coffee credit, capped at five per Sydney calendar month. Phone verification is planned.
Are SMS and Wallet available?+
Campaign previews and recipient logs work today; no SMS is sent. Apple and Google Wallet buttons are marked coming soon until pass signing is connected.
